Full Tilt Poker Pros Can Play Any Open Tournament

Speculation that Full Tilt Poker were placing a ban on their Full Tilt Pros from entering poker tournaments that are being organised by other online poker rooms, something that has this weekend been proven to be untrue.

The professionals who are sponsored by Full Tilt Poker are apparently wanting to enter into the North American Poker Tour (NAPT) tournament that is organised by bitter rivals PokerStars, with Full Tilt Poker stepping out to say that they aren’t placing a block on players from joining the $5,000 buy in tournament, so its now over to the players as to whether they are interested in joining the tournament.

With stars such as Phil Ivey, Andy Bloch and John Juanda already showing a willingness to enter tournaments that are held by other online poker rooms, playing in last years World Series of Poker Europe (WSOPE) Main Event, Juanda finally taking the first place and the £868,000 prize money.

The news that the Full Tilt pro roster would not be taking part would have alerted a large number of other poker professionals due to the size of the names that would have been missing the tournament, increasing their chances of winning the poker tournament.

With the statement from the worlds second largest online poker room Full Tilt Poker now saying that they are not blocking players from entering into the tournament, its expected that there will be a number of players who will be watching the participating players list very closely.
